The hotness
My previous manager, now executive director, is a bit of a Michigan fan. Michigan, whose football program is searching for a head coach, has been rumored to be courting Jim Harbaugh with numbers something like $48 million over eight years.
Anyway, the numbers, they are not important. The important thing is that said executive director is enamored with the idea. Also, apparently there has been a banner graphic floating around the Michigan fan sites of a tastefully nude-ish Harbaugh. This graphic is creepy.
I was asked to mash things up to make it both creepier and include my executive director. This is what I came up with:

A couple of days ago I linked to a Tumblr site mashing up Peanuts strips and Smiths lyrics. Of course, I found it via Mefi originally. In that thread someone jokingly riffed that Mary Worth should be paired with Alan Ginsberg’s Howl.

ASL Mashups
The original post at Metafilter links to an awesome video mashup of a Jehovah’s Witness anti-masturbation tract done in ASL and R. Kelly’s Ignition remix. The recommended viewing that YouTube adds to that is also pretty much great.
However, the very best thing in that thread is an ASL interpreter at a Black Eyed Peas concert signing My Humps.

Fat bottom girls come together
If you’re going to mash up the Beatles, or Queen, you better hope it is quality. If you’re going to mash them up together, it better be phenomenal. This attempt gets pretty close to the mark. There’s really only one awkward moment in what is otherwise a pretty snappy mashup. Pulling in video makes it doubleplusgood.
